06/16/2009 - Negotiations Held at the Top Level
The topic of negotiations held on the 15th of May, 2009 between the Director General of OOO “Stroycomplect-2” (Limited Liability Company), Mr. Yury Rekunov, and the Minister of Works and Transportation of the Republic of Uganda, Mr. John Byabagambi, was reconstruction of a railway network in the Republic of Uganda with the view of improvement of its traffic capacity.

The works were carried out in the heavy traffic areas including numerous underground networks and other cable works at day and night intervals with overhead system stress removal. Access tracks were formed at the stations with limited traffic lines.
