06/16/2009 - Negotiations Held at the Top Level
The topic of negotiations held on the 15th of May, 2009 between the Director General of OOO “Stroycomplect-2” (Limited Liability Company), Mr. Yury Rekunov, and the Minister of Works and Transportation of the Republic of Uganda, Mr. John Byabagambi, was reconstruction of a railway network in the Republic of Uganda with the view of improvement of its traffic capacity.

Complete overhaul of 200 linear meters of a railway track and 3 power switches. Due to a great capacity of loading non-reactive cargoes disassembling and laying of the track was completed in six hours.
